In Zynchro, every player has a distinct serial number and assigned player's name, making it easy to identify them. By clicking on the Edit icons (represented by a pencil), you can update a player's name and adjust their Timezone settings.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In specific situations, it is important to be aware that if a player is associated with a Smart Group, modifying the player's name can potentially affect the content. This may occur when the player is included in another Smart Group or if the Smart Group conditions are dependent on the player's name.

The Info tab provides additional information about the player, including details about its model and the current firmware version. You can also see the Set Resolution, which represents the resolution set on your Presentation, as well as the Current player's resolution, which displays the current resolution being used by the player.

The SD-Usage column in the Info tab will present the total storage space of the SD card, along with the current percentage of space utilized. Additionally, it will visually indicate the usage level through different colors.

The SD-Health column in the Info tab provides an indication of your SD card's health. A new SD card will initially display a health level of 0% and gradually increase up to 100% as the card wears out over time. It is important to note that reaching 100% does not necessarily mean the card is broken, but rather it signifies that the SD card may start experiencing failures. The level of wear is also visually represented by different colors, as illustrated below:

To remove all Zynchro published content that is currently not in use by the player, click on the trashcan icon located below SD-Cleanup. Please note that this action will only eliminate content that is not currently being used by the player. It will not remove all content, but specifically content that is not in use.

To view the list of files stored on the player's SD Card, simply click on the SD-Content icon, represented by a list icon. This will display a list of all the files currently stored on the SD Card.

The Reboot feature enables you to remotely restart the player without affecting the content. To initiate a reboot, simply click on the Reboot icon, which is represented by a circular arrow. This will initiate the player's reboot process while keeping the content intact.
