In the Client tab, you can easily find the name of the client to which the player is assigned, listed under the Client column.

Within Zynchro, each player is uniquely identified by a serial number and an assigned name, facilitating easy identification. By hovering your mouse over the information icon, a preview of each player's description will be displayed.

To move a player from one client to another (if available) within your Zynchro instance, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the gear icon next to the desired player in the Client section.
  2. A pop-up window will appear.
  3. From the Client dropdown menu in the pop-up window, select the client to which you want to move the player.
  4. Confirm your selection by clicking the "Save" button.

If you wish to move multiple players simultaneously, you can use Smart Actions. For detailed instructions, please refer to the Smart Actions section of this guide.

Please keep in mind the following important notes:

  • You cannot move players between clients if there are no available licenses in the destination client.
  • Licenses are not transferable between clients.

Once the player update is complete, the new client assignment will be displayed accordingly.

Upon selecting a player for transfer, please be aware that the presentation and playlist that were running before the transfer will continue playing after the transfer process is completed. Therefore, please review and make any necessary content changes accordingly after the transfer is completed.
