Before you set up your player, you must first make sure that it is connected to a monitor, TV or display. Your player must also be connected to a network. 

Once your player and display are ready, sign in to Zynchro. You should have already received an automated email with your password, if not, please contact Zynchro

Select the client where you will be setting up your player. For more information on creating and deleted clients, please review the Client section of these help docs.

Select player Config from left side menu and then click on Player Setup

Fill in all fields in order to start setting up your player. The player's name will help you later identify your player.

You can view your player’s name and serial number in player details >Health. Hover over the  i icon to see the player's description.

In order to access your players through the Diagnostic Web Server, you will need a password. Select your passwords and enter them in both the
Diagnostic Web Server (DWS) and Local Web Server (LWS) fields (it can be the same password or a unique one for each field).


Choose Ethernet (Default) as your
connection configuration.


Select if you wish to download
firmware for your player along with the setup file by checking the box. If so, please keep in mind that the file will be much larger. You will then need to select the model of your player and the most recent version of the firmware.

Note: Zynchro recommends you only include firmware when setting up a new player or if you need to update your firmware.

Click on "Download Setup" button and a zipped file will start downloading directly to your computer.

Insert a
new or empty SD card in your computer. Please see bottom of document for VERY IMPORTANT information regarding SD cards.

Drag your zipped files unto your SD card, place the SD card in your player. Setup will then begin automatically.

Please allow 3 to 5 minutes for the process to run, afterward, you can see and monitor your player in Zynchro. 


¡Congratulations, your player is now up and running in Zynchro!
