Here you can set up alerts regarding your players’ health.
First, you must filter whether you want the information from all players or from a specific Smart Group (for help setting up a Smart Group please refer to Groups -> Smart Groups section of this guide).
Once you have selected the desired players you can configure when to be alerted, whether by email or SMS (in order to be alerted by SMS the user that will be receiving them must have a telephone number in their user account. SMS alerts are not available in all countries) and the frequency with which you wish to receive them. Alerts are per user not system-wide.
Click Save to confirm.
Below the Save button, you will be able to view a list of players with health alerts matching your alert configuration from all players or your selected Smart Group. By clicking on Details you will then be directed to Monitoring by List where you can access more information.
NOTE: This view will only show players that are offline, when the current resolution does not match the set resolution (preconfigured in the presentation) and/or if the TV Power and Input is different then what was previously programmed in Player Config -> TV Control.
