By using "By Map" monitoring, you can locate your players geographically on a map.

Various filters, such as Smart Groups and others, can be applied to display your players on the map.

Smart Group
Smart Groups are a specific type of filter that allows you to select one or several groups of players based on certain criteria. You can create your Smart Groups in advance and then filter your players based on those groups. This can be a useful way to quickly locate and monitor players who share common characteristics or behaviors.

Additional Filters

When filtering through one, multiple, or all of your Smart Groups, you will be able to see indicators for various criteria such as:

  • Locations
  • Players
  • Online
  • Offline
  • Recovery Mode

When clicking on each of the above indicators, your map display will change accordingly.

You can explore the map by navigating, zooming in and out, and selecting a specific player by clicking on their pin.

To access monitoring information and details for your players, use the "By Map" feature to locate them and click on a specific player. This will take you to the Player Monitoring and Detail page, which offers a comprehensive view of the player or players belonging to the same client and assigned location. For further assistance, refer to the Players Monitoring and Details section in our Help Documentation.
