Here you can get a more detailed view of your players’ connectivity status. 


NOTE: The information displayed in this section is per day. By default you will be shown the most current information (usually the previous day's information since it is uploaded in the middle of the night).

Only players with power or connectivity issues will be displayed.

  • Power - Times the player was disconnected from its power source.

  • Time Server - The number of times that the player was unable to ping BrightSign’s servers in order to sync time and date information.

  • Network- Amount of times the player lost connection to the network. 

  • Internet - Times the player lost internet connection. 

Click on the arrow next to the Country to display a graph with times of alerts. 


NOTE:
When a player is offline for a long period of time you will still see individual bars and not one long period as this graph marks every unsuccessful ping or attempt to connect.
