To delete any media, please go to Content -> Media Library, locate your media and then click on the Delete button.
If the Delete button is not active, that media is in use and cannot be eliminated until it is not in any playlist. Even if it is not currently viewable on any player, if an asset is in a playlist, it cannot be deleted.
You can see where your media is being used by clicking on the Info button. Once you eliminate it from your playlists, wall, etc you will then be able to delete it.
