If you wish to authorize presentations before they can be pushed to a player, you will need to go to System Config > Settings
In Settings, click on the Authorizations tab
Activate both checkboxes and click save to confirm.
Once both options are selected and confirmed, authorization will be required when a new presentation is uploaded. User who have authorization access will be notified of new pending requests.
