When you select "By List" under monitoring, a list of your locations with their assigned players will be displayed starting with countries. This list will also include the number of locations and players assigned to each country, along with their status. In case a player is offline, the country status will be displayed in red as "Alert", while all players being online will be indicated with a green "OK" status.



You can obtain more information by clicking on any blue text, such as a country name. By drilling down, you will be able to view the players by state, followed by city, and lastly, by Zynchro location. This functionality enables you to identify and locate any particular player with precision.

After selecting a location, you will be able to access comprehensive monitoring information about the Player or Players assigned to that particular Zynchro location. To learn more about each tab and indicators, jump to Players Monitoring and Details section in our Help Documents.
